Welcome to the 'Beginning Meditation & Mindfulness' Course with Kate.

Over the 6 week program we will learn the foundations of meditation.

Learning easy, take-home strategies on how to embrace a daily practice that suits your schedule and lifestyle.

We will cultivate self awareness and foster ways to invite mindfulness into our relationships and daily lives.

This is an interactive course, with opportunities to share our experiences along the way - exploring resistance and the wandering mind and discuss tools to overcome these barriers, surrendering into stillness.

I am offering each participant a one-on-one mindfulness coaching session to explore individual strategies to embed a meditation practice and mindfulness tools within their daily life.
