Yin Yoga is a commune with your subtle body. The style is interdisciplinary, a collaboration of Taoism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hatha Yoga (pranayama, koshas, nadis & vayus), Tantra, Fascia Trains & meditation. This floor sequence involves lengthy held postures with focus upon breath, intention, chakras, meridians, anatomy & spirit. Yin Yoga communicates with the deeper, denser tissues such as ligaments, bones & joints with the intention of creating a harmonious flow of Qi throughout the body.
Bec has a 30 year yoga practice, is a meditation teacher (Feb 2016) & Yin Yoga teacher (Feb 2021) & has been an Acupuncturist & Dr of Traditional Chinese Medicine since 2003.
